River Queen
Kiefer will be filming the epic period drama "River Queen" this summer in New Zealand. The film will also star Samantha Morton and will be directed by Vincent Ward.

The Wild
Kiefer is lending his voice to an upcoming Walt Disney animated film called "The Wild". The film is in pre-production and is scheduled for a 2005 summer release.

To End All Wars - DVD available June 15, 2004
The critically acclaimed WWII drama, To End All Wars, will be released in North America in the Region One DVD format on June 15, 2004. Kiefer stars alongside Robert Carlyle in this powerful and gripping drama which is based on the true story of the experience a group of allied POWs in a Japanese Prison Camp during WWII. The film was made in 2000 and had a limited theatrical release in the US in 2002. You can pre-order the DVD now from Amazon.

Primetime Emmy Award Nominations 2004
The 56th Annual Primetime Emmy Award
Nominations were announced on July 15th. Congratulations to Kiefer for receiving his third straight Emmy nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Drama
Series. "24" received a total of 7 nominations including Outstanding Drama Series. The awards will be presented on September 19th, 2004 at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium and will be broadcast live on ABC.
 
24: One Shot - Available July 28th  
IDW publishing and FOX have teamed up to create a comic book based on 24. "24: One Shot " will feature an all-new story set about 18 months prior to the events seen in Season One. You can now pre-order

Kiefer Receives TCA Award Nomination
For the third straight year, Kiefer received a nomination for Outstanding Individual Achievement in a Drama in the annual Television Critics Association Awards. The winners were announced on July 17th, 2004 and the award went to Ian McShane (Deadwood).

"24" News

"24" Season Three
The highly anticipated season finale of "24" aired on May 25th, 2004 on Fox.
 
"24" Season Four - Premieres January 2005
Fox has announced
that "24" will be returning for a fourth season in January 2005. The series will be moving to Monday nights and will debut with a two hour season premiere and conclude with a two hour season finale. Fox also promises a two-hour special event episode in the middle of the season.
